Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will be accepted under the following conditions:
The request is initiated within 3 days of course purchase or webinar registration.
You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content or attended more than 1 live session, whichever comes first.
The reason for the refund is due to:Technical issues preventing access to the course, which were not resolved by our support team.
A mismatch in the course purchased or accidental payment for the wrong course.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
If the refund request is initiated after 3 days of course purchase.
If more than 10% of the course content has been accessed or more than 1 live session has been attended.
Refunds due to personal preferences such as:Dislike of the course content, teaching style, or presentation.
Lack of interest in completing the course after purchase.
In case of failure to attend live sessions or complete course modules.
Process for Refunds

Additional Notes
Digital Course Material: Once downloaded or accessed, digital course materials cannot be returned or exchanged.
Technical Support: In case of technical difficulties, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Webinar Recordings: Refunds will not be issued for missed live sessions. Access to recordings (if applicable) will remain available as per our course terms.
Promotional Offers: Refunds are not applicable for discounted or promotional course registrations.
Group or Bulk Registrations: Refunds for group or bulk purchases will not be processed unless there is a technical or access-related issue applicable to the entire group.
